Return to Monkey Island is an unexpected exciting return to the series of producer Ron Gilbert that continues the legend of the classic adventure games The Secret of Monkey Island as well as Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge created in partnership with Lucasfilm Games.

It’s been years that Guybrush Threepwood was last locked in a fight of wits with his adversary, the Zombie pirate LeChuck. Guybrush’s true love Elaine Marley has turned his interest away from his government. Guybrush is feeling unfulfilled, and lonely, having never found the Secret of Monkey Island. Young pirate leaders led by Captain Madison have eliminated the old guard to the side, Melee Island has taken a downward turn, and famed businessman Stan has been incarcerated due to “marketing-related offenses”.

Meet with old and new acquaintances on familiar islands now under a brand new and risky leadership. Then, take to high seas to discover the unfamiliar and unexplored as you work your way from difficult challenges. Guybrush can be described as a blend of clever puzzles and absurd challenges. Guybrush will be able to achieve glory through his clever ripostes.
