Lloyd Bannings is back in the city he grew up in, after relocating with his older brother. He has joined with the Crossbell Police Department. But, he is in a new section, known as”the Special Support Section, which performs odd jobs and helps people in need. But he and his new group of colleagues soon discover that the bustling city has a sinister criminal underbelly…as as well as several horrifying mysteries.

Crossbell is the most exciting new chapter in The Legend of Heroes! Crossbell was the scene of an ongoing territorial war that fought between and the Republic of Calvard and the Erebonian Emperor. The city has grown to become a thriving city-state that is now one of the important centers of economic activity in the world.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years in exile from Crossbell, has returned home to carry on the legacy of his brother and to join the Crossbell Police Department. When he finally arrives to find he’s designated to the Special Support Section, a department which is new and handles odd jobs and minor requests. His new team comprises Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who has been a womanizer) as well as Tio Plato (young tech genius).
Although their police department is slammed by the media, and snubbed to by other members part of the CPD, Lloyd and his group of colleagues are determined to make their town more livable. They slowly find themselves confronted with the corruption ruining their town. It isn’t clear how deep the shadows of Crossbell City go…
